1. Quick Overview:

The CV1835 control board was first seen in Antminer S19XP series. But from sometime we are watching these in many models and found out that Bitmain is now using it in their entry level miners Like Antminer S19 too.

2.  Hardware Specifications:

It is powered by a CVITEK CV1835 chipset which is generally used in cameras and audio devices, Camera security systems, Production lines, Cars and robots. This chip is clocked at 1Ghz  with a Dual-Core CPU and has a self developed TPU by CVITEK which supports mainstream neural network frameworks such as Caffe, TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite, Pytorch, ONNX and MXNet. Bitmain has taken a new step by using it in its Antminer control boards range. Bitmain has done it before with Amlogic series too using A113D chips.

3. No Micro-USB Port :

Unlike Amlogic A113D control boards this come with the SD card slot allowing to manually flash firmware without much hassle.

4. Identical to Xilinx Control Boards :

Both Xilinx control board and CV1835 control board may look similar to the users who are not much aware about these things may make mistake by installing wrong version of firmware. User should identify the control board by looking at chip of the control board. Which is CVITEK 1835 on CV1835 boards and ZYNQ on Xilinx control boards. Then they should proceed by downloading correct type of firmware with respect to their miner model and type.
